Since CAM has been operating for many years, its software focus has shifted from monitoring to more diverse RGB and AI content. In comparison with competitors' RGB offerings, CAM must develop software tailored to its own 3-5-year roadmap, transitioning from control software to interactive content-providing software.
Challenge
CAM's previous version focused on monitoring and basic RGB control. Software planning has clearly evolved in the new generation. Core design pain points for the old version are as follows.
Our goal is to increase user engagement and enhance the software's performance in RGB effects or new AI features.
Improve past usage focused on monitoring and adjusting RGB content for individual devices, while increasing the daily activation rate of CAM.
Research
We collect mouse click data across various devices through our ''Metabase'' backend infrastructure.
No use google analytics that reason from business privacy but still a other issue like where to get data using on law.
With AI assistance, we can quickly determine competitive analysis results and determine new design directions.
Using Google CLI, we establish a personalized AI crawler assistant within Terminal to categorize Reddit posts as positive or negative over time. This enables analysis of user preferences and suggestions, revealing the defining characteristics of the new CAM through these two approaches.

CAM has operated unchanged for five years. Within the current AI wave, various development initiatives require internal and external computing power, as well as funding considerations. At the moment, the company is evaluating whether it is feasible to implement and deploy the solution.
By introducing design value through UX, this hardware brand has established a new AI trajectory, fostering a new understanding of software architecture.
